Data Deletion Policy

At AiGrampa, we believe you should have complete control over your data. In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), and Meta/Facebook App Review guidelines, we provide a straightforward way for you to permanently delete your personal information and social media connections.

How to Delete Your Data

You can instantly delete your account and all associated data by following these steps:

1. Log into your AiGrampa account.
2. Navigate to the Profile / Account Settings page from the dashboard.
3. Scroll to the bottom of the page and click the "Delete Account" button.
4. Confirm your action. Once confirmed, your data is irreversibly wiped from our servers immediately.

What Data Gets Deleted?

• Account Details: Your name, email, profile photo, and password hashes.
• Social Integrations: All OAuth access tokens and permissions granted to AiGrampa for your connected social accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc.) are immediately revoked and destroyed.
• Generated Content: All your generated AI videos, stock video mashups, downloaded assets, and text prompts.
• Automation Data: All pending scheduled posts and automation triggers linked to your account.

Manual Deletion Requests

If you have lost access to your account or prefer us to handle the deletion manually, please send an email to support@aigrampa.com from the email address registered to your account with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Our support team will process and complete your request within 48 hours.
